"Art, like everything else today, is a business.  You need to be savvy in it to succeed.  You need to be connected, schmooze well, manipulate and measure up to an other’s liking.  Wait…but do these have anything to do with artistic vision, the immortal moment of creation,  the total empathy with one’s  medium?

I find the answer to the above question to be no.

ART is one major ways of CONNECTING with the NOW, providing a  chance both for the artist, and the viewer to be totally PRESENT.  This moment of giving and receiving is empowering, humbling, playful and daring, stirring, a moment of the Courageous Child, a moment of TRUTH.  Anything less  will show up as weak, efforting, intellectualizing, copying, or hollow decoration.  This neglects the viewer in his comfort zone, not catalyzing any new synapses in his brain, justifying him further to stay put comfortably in his catatonic sleep walk.

Creative chaos is the special juice, water of life that feeds us, we starve in the absence of it.  We starve but do not die, we become a generalized, uniform mass element, someone who needs to be directed and managed, for the lack of self generated, immaculately conceived vision or original experience. 

Regardless of the “style”, subject matter or object of an art piece—this invitation to step into an everlasting Present Moment—is what defines art and creation for me."
